Ak nie, je to ve\u013ek\u00e1 chyba. Nielen \u017ee je zdrav\u00fd, al<strong>e quinoa je extr\u00e9mne chutn\u00e1<\/strong>, v\u010faka svojej jemnej orie\u0161kovej chuti a je preto \u00faplne vynikaj\u00faca v \u0161al\u00e1toch. v\u010faka svojim vynikaj\u00facim v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m a univerz\u00e1lnosti v kuchyni.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Toto mal\u00e9, ale v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9 zrnko, je bohat\u00e9 na bielkoviny<strong>, obsahuje v\u0161etk\u00fdch dev\u00e4\u0165 esenci\u00e1lnych aminokysel\u00edn, \u010do z nej \u010din\u00ed skvel\u00fd zdroj kompletn\u00fdch bielkov\u00edn, ide\u00e1lny pre vegetari\u00e1nov a veg\u00e1nov.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ochutnejorech.sk\/kategorie\/quinoa\"><strong>Quinoa<\/strong><\/a> je tie\u017e vysok\u00fdm zdrojom vl\u00e1kniny a miner\u00e1lov ako s\u00fa \u017eelezo, hor\u010d\u00edk a mang\u00e1n. <strong>V\u010faka n\u00edzkemu glykemick\u00e9mu indexu je vhodn\u00e1 aj pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed si str\u00e1\u017eia pr\u00edjem cukrov (ke\u010f ste napr\u00edklad na<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ochutnejorech.sk\/blog\/nizkosacharidova-dieta-10-tipov-na-vyborne-low-carb-recepty\"><strong> <\/strong><strong>n\u00edzkosacharidovej di\u00e9te<\/strong><\/a><strong>) alebo maj\u00fa diabetick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Pridan\u00edm quinoy do \u0161al\u00e1tu nielen My sme ale zvolili bielu, preto\u017ee m\u00e1 najjemnej\u0161iu chu\u0165 a je vhodn\u00e1 pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u201eza\u010diato\u010dn\u00edkov&#8220; s touto surovinou. Navy\u0161e neprebije chu\u0165 ostatn\u00fdch ingredienci\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ochutnejorech.sk\/produkt\/quinoa-biela\"><strong>Biela quinoa<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; Najbe\u017enej\u0161\u00ed druh quinoy. fosfor, mang\u00e1n a r\u00f4zne vitam\u00edny skupiny B. \u010co je asi najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie, \u017ee <strong>quinoa m\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed glykemick\u00fd index ako biela ry\u017ea<\/strong>, tak\u017ee je nielen vhodnej\u0161ia napr\u00edklad pre diabetikov, ale aj na dlh\u0161\u00ed \u010das zas\u00fdti.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span Do quinoa \u0161al\u00e1tu sme nakr\u00e1jali uhorku, papriku a pridali petr\u017elen a \u010derven\u00fa cibu\u013eu.
