Jeho pou\u017eitie v sladkej kuchyni nie je ni\u010d netradi\u010dn\u00e9ho, receptov na m\u00fa\u010dniky so su\u0161en\u00fdm ovoc\u00edm existuje nespo\u010detn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo. Na panvici rozpust\u00edme dve ly\u017eice sadla a nech\u00e1me speneni\u0165 cibu\u013eku. Prid\u00e1me pe\u010dienky, posypeme ich bylinkami pod\u013ea preferenci\u00ed a nech\u00e1me ich pribli\u017ene tri min\u00faty sma\u017ei\u0165. Ich chu\u0165 skvele pod\u010diarkne tymi\u00e1n alebo rozmar\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Teraz prich\u00e1dza na rad cesnak. Ten na panvicu pretla\u010d\u00edme, pr\u00edpadne prid\u00e1me p\u00e1r str\u00fa\u010dikov vo\u013ene naviac a v\u0161etko restujeme \u010fal\u0161ie tri min\u00faty. Zmes prelo\u017e\u00edme z panvice a nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Po vychladnut\u00ed rozmixujeme, dochut\u00edme so\u013eou a \u010diernym koren\u00edm pod\u013ea potreby a prid\u00e1me nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 slivky, ktor\u00e9 pa\u0161t\u00e9te dodaj\u00fa sladk\u00fd n\u00e1dych. Zm\u00e4knut\u00e9 maslo vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me spolu s cukrov\u00fdm sirupom. V druhej miske zmie\u0161ame m\u00faku, s\u00f3du a kakao. Jednu ly\u017eicu tejto zmesi vmie\u0161ame do vy\u0161\u013eahan\u00e9ho masla so sirupom.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Prid\u00e1me najprv jedno vajce, \u010fal\u0161ie dve ly\u017eice such\u00fdch surov\u00edn a potom druh\u00e9 vajce. Akon\u00e1hle v\u0161etko poriadne premie\u0161ame, prich\u00e1dza na rad zvy\u0161ok such\u00fdch surov\u00edn a nastr\u00fahan\u00e1 pomaran\u010dov\u00e1 k\u00f4ra z jedn\u00e9ho predt\u00fdm umyt\u00e9ho a osu\u0161en\u00e9ho pomaran\u010da.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Nakoniec nalejeme pomaran\u010dov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu. Cesto v miske sa m\u00f4\u017ee zda\u0165 na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead zrazen\u00e9, no t\u00e1to konzistencia je \u00faplne v poriadku, a tak ho m\u00f4\u017eeme nalia\u0165 do predt\u00fdm tukom vymazanej a m\u00fakou vysypanej formy.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010dieme pri 170 \u00b0C pribli\u017ene 45-55 min\u00fat. Prelo\u017e\u00edme ju do hrnca a zalejeme 530 ml vody. Privedieme k varu a priklop\u00edme pokrievkou, pri\u010dom ju nech\u00e1me vari\u0165 asi 17 min\u00fat. Po uvaren\u00ed ju nech\u00e1me prikryt\u00fa e\u0161te 10 min\u00fat, aby sa vs\u00e1kol zvy\u0161ok tekutiny.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Uvaren\u00fa a odle\u017ean\u00fa quinou posol\u00edme a prelo\u017e\u00edme na plech, kde ju nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165 a poschn\u00fa\u0165. Medzit\u00fdm propl\u00e1chneme marhule hor\u00facou vodou a po ok\u00e1n\u00ed rozre\u017eeme na pr\u00fa\u017eky.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>V miske metli\u010dkou pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me citr\u00f3nov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu, k\u00f4ru, olej a med. Ich zlo\u017eenie si nakombinujete pod\u013ea ingredienci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1te radi. Najprv si teda vyberieme ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9 druhy orechov a su\u0161en\u00e9ho ovocia. V\u0161etko rozdrv\u00edme na men\u0161ie k\u00fasky. K nim nastr\u00fahame \u010dokol\u00e1du, v\u0161etko zmie\u0161ame a vysypeme rovnomerne v rovnakej vrstve po celom plechu vylo\u017eenom pe\u010diacim papierom.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Plech so zmesou vlo\u017e\u00edme do r\u00fary rozohriate\u0458 na 180 \u00b0C a pe\u010dieme asi 20 min\u00fat. Ihne\u010f po dope\u010den\u00ed kr\u00e1jame e\u0161te hor\u00face m\u00fcsli na ty\u010dinky v po\u017eadovan\u00fdch ve\u013ekostiach.
