Mo\u017eno ich pozn\u00e1te, rovnako ako my, od babi\u010dky, ktor\u00e1 recept zdedila po svojej mame, a t\u00e1 zase po svojej \u2013 a tak by sme mohli pokra\u010dova\u0165 \u010faleko do hist\u00f3rie. S\u00edce sadlovky nie s\u00fa tak\u00e9 popul\u00e1rne ako <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ochutnejorech.sk\/blog\/recept-medove-pernicky\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ochutnejorech.sk\/blog\/recept-medove-pernicky\"><strong>pern\u00ed\u010dky<\/strong><\/a> alebo <strong>osie hniezda<\/strong>, milovn\u00edci sadla si bez nich Vianoce nedok\u00e1\u017eu predstavi\u0165. Medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi s\u00e1dlovkami nechajte rozostupy pribli\u017ene 2 a\u017e 2,5 cm \u2013 po\u010das pe\u010denia toti\u017e mierne zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia svoj objem. Sk\u00f4r ako papier polo\u017e\u00edte, m\u00f4\u017eete dno plechu jemne potrie\u0165 tukom \u2013 papier tak bude lep\u0161ie dr\u017ea\u0165 a nebude sa h\u00fdba\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odpo\u010dinut\u00e9 cesto rozde\u013ete na \u0161tyri diely. <\/strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd diel na pom\u00fa\u010denej doske vyva\u013ekajte na pribli\u017ene <strong>30 cm dlh\u00e9ho \u201ehada\u201c<\/strong> a potom ho <strong>nakr\u00e1jajte na k\u00fasky ve\u013ek\u00e9 asi 1,5 cm<\/strong>. Z t\u00fdchto k\u00faskov postupne <strong>vyformujte gu\u013eky<\/strong>, poukladajte ich na plech a <strong>do stredu ka\u017edej urobte jamku mal\u00ed\u010dkom<\/strong>. Medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi s\u00e1dlovkami nechajte rozostupy pribli\u017ene 2 \u2013 2,5 cm, preto\u017ee po\u010das pe\u010denia mierne zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia svoj objem. Plech vlo\u017ete do predhriatej r\u00fary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak si potrp\u00edte na estetick\u00fd vzh\u013ead, jamku namiesto mal\u00ed\u010dka urobte <strong>koncom vare\u0161ky<\/strong>. Jednu s\u00e1dlovku vyberte z r\u00fary a rozpolte ju.
