Pe\u010dieme v r\u00fare pri teplote 200 \u00b0C asi 25 \u2013 30 min\u00fat, k\u00fdm nie je kr\u00e1sne chrumkav\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seitan je neuverite\u013ene v\u0161estrann\u00e1 alternat\u00edva, ktor\u00e1 svojou text\u00farou najviac pripom\u00edna m\u00e4so. <\/strong>To z neho rob\u00ed perfektn\u00fa vo\u013ebu pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa zvyknut\u00ed na m\u00e4sit\u00e9 pokrmy.
