Najlep\u0161ie je <strong>necha\u0165 ho kysn\u00fa\u0165 v teplom a vlhkom prostred\u00ed<\/strong>, napr\u00edklad v r\u00fare, do ktorej ste dali hor\u00facu vodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cesto <strong>nechajte kysn\u00fa\u0165 aspo\u0148 hodinu<\/strong>, ale m\u00f4\u017eete ho necha\u0165 kysn\u00fa\u0165 aj nieko\u013eko hod\u00edn alebo dokonca <strong>cel\u00fa noc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das <strong>kysnutia <\/strong>je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 cesto pravidelne kontrolova\u0165 a sledova\u0165 jeho <strong>rast<\/strong>. Vytvarovan\u00e9 cesto na chlieb vlo\u017e\u00edte do r\u00fary predhriatej na teplotu <strong>250 \u00b0C<\/strong>, do ktorej vopred vlo\u017e\u00edte pr\u00e1zdny hrniec s pokrievkou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prv\u00fdch 15\u201320 min\u00fat sa chlieb pe\u010die s pokrievkou<\/strong>, potom sa pokrievka odstr\u00e1ni, teplota sa zn\u00ed\u017ei na <strong>220 \u00b0C<\/strong> a pe\u010die sa \u010fal\u0161\u00edch <strong>15\u201320 min\u00fat<\/strong>, k\u00fdm <strong>chlieb nie je chrumkav\u00fd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pecenie_na_kameni\"><\/span>Pe\u010denie na kameni<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ou mo\u017enos\u0165ou je <strong>pe\u010denie na kameni<\/strong>, v zapekacej panvici alebo na liatinovej mise. T\u00e1to met\u00f3da zah\u0155\u0148a <strong>pe\u010denie chleba bez pokrievky<\/strong> na nezakrytej podlo\u017eke alebo v nezatvorenej n\u00e1dobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aby sa vytvorila para<\/strong>, je potrebn\u00e9 na dno r\u00fary polo\u017ei\u0165 plech, na ktor\u00fd potom umiestnite <strong>misku <\/strong>alebo in\u00fa n\u00e1dobu <strong>s vodou<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00faru predhrejte<\/strong> na teplotu <strong>230 \u2013 250 \u00b0C<\/strong>, na spodn\u00fd plech nalejte pribli\u017ene <strong>150 ml vody<\/strong>, potom vlo\u017ete misu alebo kame\u0148 s cestom a <strong>pe\u010dte pribli\u017ene 10 min\u00fat<\/strong>.
