Aj preto sme sa rozhodli pre v\u00e1s pripravi\u0165 low carb (n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00fd) variant, ktor\u00fd je zdrav\u0161\u00ed a dovo\u013eujeme si poveda\u0165, \u017ee e\u0161te chutnej\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipy na \u010fal\u0161ie recepty s prezret\u00fdmi ban\u00e1nmi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00faste si pripravi\u0165 napr.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ochutnejorech.cz\/blog\/bananove-livance\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1633\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ban\u00e1nov\u00e9 lievance<\/a><\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ochutnejorech.cz\/blog\/mugcake-z-ovesnych-vlocek\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1923\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mugcake<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bananovy_chlebik_je_prirodzene_bez_laktozy\"><\/span>Ban\u00e1nov\u00fd chleb\u00edk je prirodzene bez lakt\u00f3zy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Namiesto smotany sa v recepte pou\u017e\u00edva kokosov\u00e9 mlieko, ktor\u00e9 dod\u00e1va chleb\u00edku \u0161pecifick\u00fa chu\u0165 a v\u010faka ktor\u00e9mu <strong>neobsahuje lakt\u00f3zu<\/strong>. Okrem toho recept neobsahuje \u017eiadne obilniny, tak\u017ee je <strong>vhodn\u00fd<\/strong> <strong>aj<\/strong> <strong>pre bezlepkov\u00fa di\u00e9tu<\/strong><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bananovy_chlebik_Co_znamena_ze_je_low_carb\"><\/span>Ban\u00e1nov\u00fd chleb\u00edk: \u010co znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je low carb? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladnou my\u0161lienkou low carb, \u010di\u017ee n\u00edzkosacharidovej di\u00e9ty, je \u00fapln\u00e9 vyl\u00fa\u010denie alebo v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie v\u0161etk\u00fdch potrav\u00edn s vysok\u00fdm obsahom sacharidov. <strong>Jed\u00e1lni\u010dek s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm sacharidov a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm pr\u00edjmom zdrav\u00fdch tukov sa odpor\u00fa\u010da najm\u00e4 \u013eu\u010fom, ktor\u00ed sa sna\u017eia schudn\u00fa\u0165 a \u017eiadna predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faca di\u00e9ta im nepomohla. <\/strong>N\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta je vhodn\u00e1 aj pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed trpia z\u00e1vislos\u0165ou od sladk\u00e9ho, poklesom energie po\u010das d\u0148a a nekontrolovate\u013en\u00fdm hladom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Existuj\u00fa tri varianty n\u00edzkosacharidovej di\u00e9ty.<\/strong> Najpr\u00edsnej\u0161ia je keto di\u00e9ta, pri ktorej sa obmedz\u00ed pr\u00edjem sacharidov na maxim\u00e1lne 50 g denne. Umiernen\u00e1 n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta povo\u013euje konzumova\u0165 100 g sacharidov denne a liber\u00e1lna n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta povo\u013euje a\u017e 150 g sacharidov denne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta zaznamen\u00e1va \u00faspech na celom svete predov\u0161etk\u00fdm preto, \u017ee sa tu nepo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00fa kal\u00f3rie a nehladuje sa. Ide iba o zmenu \u0161t\u00fdlu stravovania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Low carb stravovanie<\/strong> zah\u0155\u0148a vyradenie pr\u00edloh (zemiakov, ry\u017ee, cestov\u00edn) a zaradenie v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho mno\u017estva zdrav\u00fdch tukov do stravy, ako s\u00fa orechy (mandle, vla\u0161sk\u00e9 orechy, pekanov\u00e9 orechy alebo makadamov\u00e9 orechy), avok\u00e1do alebo kokosov\u00fd olej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TIP: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ochutnejorech.cz\/blog\/nizkosacharidova-dieta-10-tipu-na-vyborne-low-carb-recepty#1_Nizkosacharidove_kvetakove_placicky_z_mandlove_mouky\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u010eal\u0161ie skvel\u00e9 recepty s n\u00edzkym obsahom sacharidov n\u00e1jdete TU.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/oosk.wps.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/nakrajeny-bananovy-chlebik-edited.jpg\" alt=\"Zdrav\u00fd fitnes ban\u00e1nov\u00fd chleb\u00edk.
