Na v\u00fdrobu bieleho cukru sa do trstinovej \u0161\u0165avy prid\u00e1va <strong>oxid siri\u010dit\u00fd<\/strong>. Potom sa prid\u00e1va <strong>kyselina fosfore\u010dn\u00e1, hydroxid v\u00e1penat\u00fd <\/strong>alebo <strong>oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd<\/strong>. \u0160\u0165ava sa potom filtruje cez uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eko a kry\u0161talizuje vo v\u00e1kuu, \u010d\u00edm sa vytvoria kry\u0161t\u00e1liky cukru. Tento rafinovan\u00fd biely cukor je, samozrejme, ve\u013emi nezdrav\u00fd. Z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm pravidlom pri h\u013eadan\u00ed skryt\u00e9ho cukru v potravin\u00e1ch je h\u013eada\u0165 zlo\u017eky, ako s\u00fa <strong>dextr\u00f3za, frukt\u00f3za, lakt\u00f3za, sachar\u00f3za a malt\u00f3za.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ochutnejorech.sk\/produkt\/trstinovy-cukor-svetly?varianta=1-kg\">Hned\u00fd cukor<\/a><\/strong> je v podstate rovnak\u00fd ako rafinovan\u00fd biely cukor.
