Dnes sa pozrieme na <strong>najob\u013e\u00fabenej\u0161\u00ed recept<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd sa pripravuje z chia semienok, a to <strong>chia puding<\/strong>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ochutnejorech.sk\/kategorie\/chia-semienka\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chia semienka<\/a> <\/strong>maj\u00fa hydrofiln\u00e9 vlastnosti (dok\u00e1\u017eu na seba viaza\u0165 vodu) a v\u010faka tejto vlastnosti semienka po namo\u010den\u00ed zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia svoj objem a\u017e 12-kr\u00e1t, \u010d\u00edm vznikne pudingov\u00e1
